When returning skates, please do not write on or affix shipping labels directly onto the skate box - re-use the box we sent it to you in, or otherwise re-wrap or package in such a way that the skate box is not marked.
If your order has arrived faulty or damaged, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement.
