Shipping policy

Fullfillment
Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped within 1 business day and should arrive within 1 day of shipping in the lower North Island (but please be patient, delivery times seem to change by the day). Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural areas.

In Store Pickup
Please wait for your notification before collecting your in-store pick up.
Check shop open hours or contact us to make an appointment before picking up.

Shipping rates
Shipping will be applied at checkout. Please select rural if applicable.
currently we are unable to ship to the United States due to tariff restrictions 
Orders placed by US residents will be refunded, minus credit card fees.

International Shipping
Our flat rate will be automatically added to international shipping at checkout, please note there may be an additional shipping cost added depending on the size of your package and shipping destination.

Tracking
Once your order is packed we will email you your tracking number.
