Stock Guarantee

If you see it on the site, it is in stock and ready to ship! 
The only exception are for skates with a clearly marked "Pre Order" or "Custom" options. Note that for any brand we cary, if you don't see the size or colour you want on the site, we can place a custom order or include the product in our next order with that manufacturer at no extra cost to you.

We'll send a notification once your order is assembled and ready!


Domestic shipping is always free with $300 purchase! Otherwise, shipping applied at checkout. Please select rural if applicable.

Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped within 1 business day and should arrive within 1 day of shipping in the lower North Island. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural and regions with Covid-related restrictions.
NOTE: Please give tracking URLs a couple of hours to work as they are generated automatically and may not necessarily become active right away.

International Shipping

Our flat rate will automatically be added to international shipping at checkout, please note there may be an additional cost added depending on the size of your package and shipping destination. We are actively working on finding cheaper rates for the UK, USA, and Australia. Please contact us if a rate seems unusually high and we can try to get a better deal with a little bit of detective work.


Once your order is packed we will email you your tracking number.

Refund and Return Policy


Items in their original condition (including packaging and all component parts) can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase*.

When returning skates, please do not write on or affix shipping labels directly onto the skate box - re-use the box we sent it to you in, or otherwise re-wrap or package in such a way that the skate box is not marked.
If your order has arrived faulty or damaged, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
If you order was the wrong size, we may need to charge a small restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping the replacement. We try to avoid this charge where possible to facilitate a better online shopping experience, but with bulkier items such as skates, the current costs of shipping make providing an exchange service cost prohibitive. 

* We know that during the holiday gift giving season, presents get bought early and stashed away! If your purchase falls outside that 30 day window, but is otherwise eligible for a return or exchange, please reach out - we're here to help!
